Communication and Client Service Training

Clients of professional service providers often complain that bills are inflated and that providers are not responsive. This is often the result of ineffective communication training and strategy. If billing procedures were explained at the outset of the relationship and contact systems were improved, these critical client service mistakes would be eliminated. In order to prevent this problem, every person who has client contact should undergo client service training.
